QOC and ICSS name eight cities for ‘Save the Dream Chapters’

Doha: Save the Dream, a the global non-profit movement established by the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS) and the Qatar Olympic Committee took a significant step by announcing the establishment of eight ‘Save the Dream Chapters’ in key locations around the world.

Bogota (Colombia), Thessaloniki (Greece), Prague (Czech Republic), Yaounde (Cameroon), Belo Horizonte (Brazil), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Napoli (Italy) and Istanbul (Turkey) are now part of the Save the Dream chapters. 

The representatives and NGOs based in each location will conduct a range of social projects and initiatives to help give more young people access to sport.

“This is an extremely exciting time for Save the Dream. We’re delighted that the eight cities in key markets around the world will support our work promoting and protecting the values of sport in young people,” said ICSS President and Save the Dream founder Mohammed Hanzab.

As part of their involvement, the new chapters will utilise Save the Dream’s international network of partners and ambassadors to conduct a range of exciting local community projects, which will provide opportunities and tools for young people through sport and aim to achieve several key objectives.
