51st Amir Cup quarterfinals, semifinals dates announced

DOHA: Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced the schedule of the quarterfinals and semifinals of the 51st Amir Cup. 

The quarterfinal round, which will continue for four consecutive days, will start on April 8 with Al Arabi taking on Muaither at Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium. 

Al Gharafa will meet Al Shahania the following day at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, which will also host the clash between defending champions Al Duhail and Al Sailiya on April 10. 

Al Sadd and Umm Salal will face off in the last quarter-final the next day at Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium. 

All the quarter-finals, which are falling during the holy month of Ramadan, will kick off at 9:45pm. 

The QFA yesterday also announced the schedule of the semi-finals which will be played on April 24 and 25 with kick off time set for 6:45pm. 

The schedule of the final is yet to be announced.
