India beat Pakistan in thriller to win IBSF-ACBS World Team Cup
Doha: India staged a stunning comeback to defeat Pakistan to win the IBSF-ACBS World Team Cup at the Qatar Billiards and Snooker Federation (QBSF) Hall on Friday.
India 2 team were 0-2 down in the final and were staring defeat against Pakistan I when they started their fightback.
Pankaj Advani and Manan Chandra defeated Muhammad Asif and Babar Masih in the doubles to put India on the board.
Advani then swept Masih away in the first reverse singles to draw the scores level before Chandra beat Asif for a thrilling victory.
Earlier, India edged Iran in the semifinal while Pakistan got the better of Hong Kong.
