Spears-Srebotnik doubles winners

USA’s Abigail Spears (pictured left) and Slovenia’s Katarina Srebotnik clinched the doubles title, defeating the Ukrainian-Kazakh pair of Olga Savchuk and Yaroslava Shvedova 6-3, 7-6 (9-7) in the final. They had knocked out second-seeded pair of India’s Sania Mirza and Czech Republic’s Barbora Strycova 6-3, 1-6, 10-8 in the semifinal.
