Djokovic continues to lead in ATP rankings

Serbian Novak Djokovic continued his lead on the ATP world rankings, which also witnessed a number of changes in the top ten.

Djokovic retained the lead, taking advantage of the defeat of Russian Daniil Medvedev in the quarter-finals of the Miami Open, which was won by Spain’s Carlos Alcaras.
