Doha beat Harlequins

DOHA Rugby Football Centre defeated Abu Dhabi Harlequins 29-16 in the West Asia Premiership clash in Abu Dhabi last week.

“It was one of the most physical and difficult games,” said Doha captain David Ford.

Bahrain RFC, Dubai Exiles, Jebel Ali Dragons, Abu Dhabi Saracens, Dubai Hurricanes and Al Ain Amblers are the other teams in the tournament, from which the winners and runners-up qualify for the Western Clubs Champions League.

“Harlequins are leading the table, but if we win against Bahrain next week, we can catch up with them,” Ford added.
