Five-time world champion Rea's finished 165 points ahead of second-placed Bautista in the final tally. The Kawasaki rider was chased home in race two by Ducati pair Chaz Davies and Bautista, who took second and third.
Alex Lowes took fourth and was third overall in the standings, while Toprak Razgatlioglu stormed through in a last-lap shuffle to take fifth, ahead of a scintillatingly fast Eugene Laverty (Team Goeleven) taking his best finish of the season.
