Adel Abdulla continues unbeaten run in Qatar Online Racing Championship
Doha, Qatar: Adel Abdulla progressed into the second week of the Qatar Online Racing Championship for rally cars with an unbeaten record on Thursday.
Abdulla, a former FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies T2 category winner, continued his top form in the qualifiers to finish on top in all seven stages on the tricky gravel at Rally Argentina.
Abdulla tallied 120 points. Misfer Al Hajri, who accumulated 100 points, and Patrick Roux, with 97 points also joined Abdulla in the next stage.
In Group B, Mansour Dbeissy and Ahmed El Khouly shared the top spot while Nasser Saadoun Al Kuwari also progressed.
Zakariya Alofi of Oman, Ahmed Al Kuwari and Hamad Al Sulaiti progressed from Group C while Ammar Balush, also of Oman, Khalid Al Maraghi and Kuwait’s Mishari Al Thefiri qualified from Group D.
