Abdullah proves to be a revelation

Abdullah Al Qubaisi, who finished fourth with 146 points, was one of the revelations of the Qatar Superstock 600cc Championship.

The 17-year-old scored points in every race in which he competed, with a second-place finish in Race 2 of the fourth round being his best performance.

The Kawasaki rider incidentally notched up his best time of 2:07.869 in the third lap of that race.

“I’m very happy to finish the championship in fourth place. I’ve worked really hard to reach this stage. I want to thank to the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation and Saeed Al Sulaiti, who helped me a lot in this season,” said Abdullah.
