Hyderabad Kingsmen storm into Eliminator 2 with eight-wicket rout of Multan Sultans

LAHORE: Hyderabad Kingsmen registered an emphatic eight-wicket victory over Multan Sultans in Eliminator 1 of HBL PSL here at the Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday night, sealing their place in Eliminator 2. It was the first HBL PSL 11 game in Lahore with fans in attendance.

The Kingsmen, who lost their opening four matches of the tournament, have now won six of their last seven outings to remain in title contention.

They will now face Islamabad United in Eliminator 2 on Friday, 1 May at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, with the winner taking on Peshawar Zalmi in the final on Sunday, 3 May at the same venue.
