Galfar Al Misnad cruise to victory in Qatar Airways Cricket 

Doha, Qatar: Galfar Al Misnad, boosted by Kamran Khan’s superb half-century, crushed Tusker Club by eight wickets in a rain-truncated Premier Division match in the Qatar Airways Cricket Tournament. 

After electing to bat in the match that was reduced to 20 overs a side, Tusker Club were shot out for 111 in 19 overs. 

Khurram Shahzad (three for 13) was Galfar’s best bowler and he along Sammy made it difficult for Tusker Club. Sanu was the highest scorer with 34 in 27 balls, including five boundaries. Shakir added 11 off 13 balls. 

Galfar reached the target in 16.2 overs losing just two wickets. Kamran Khan smashed four sixes and four boundaries to make 59 off 51 balls. Malik hit 30 with two boundaries, facing 42 balls. Kamran Khan was declared the match of the match.
