Sixth Katara Boxing Championship starts tomorrow

DOHA: The Qatar Boxing Federation revealed the details of the sixth edition of the Katara Boxing Championship 2024, organized by the federation in cooperation with the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) over three days from February 28 until March 2.

This was unveiled during a press conference held Monday at the Katara Cultural Village attended by HE President of Qatar Boxing Federation (QBF) Sheikh Fahad bin Khalid Al Thani and Katara General Manager Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti.

Th QBF President praised the permanent cooperation with Katara, especially since the championship is one of the most important events on the federation’s agenda.

83 male and female boxers, representing 16 clubs, will compete in 13 weight categories.
