“It was a learning experience for our boxers. They got a chance to compete with the best in the competition. I’m wish them luck in their future tournaments,” Qatar Boxing and Wrestling Federation President Yousuf Ali Al Kazim told www.dohastadiumplusqatar.com.
“The tournament is also important for the Asian boxers to prepare for the 2018 Youth Summer Olympics in Buenos Aires and the 2020 Tokyo Games. We need to show our strength in these two events,” added Al Kazim, who is also the vice-president of Asian Boxing Confederation.
