QBF reviews achievements and upcoming National Team commitments

DOHA: The Board of Directors of the Qatar Basketball Federation held its regular meeting, chaired by Mr. Mohammed bin Saad Al-Mughaiseeb, President of the Federation, with the participation of board members.

The meeting focused on reviewing the outcomes of the 2025–2026 sports season and discussing plans and programs for the upcoming stage, amid the significant momentum basketball continues to enjoy in Qatar at both the domestic competition level and through national team participation.

Al Mughaiseeb opened the meeting by welcoming the board members and expressing his appreciation for the tremendous efforts made throughout the season, which contributed to the success of various tournaments and events.

He emphasized that the achievements of the current season reflect the scale of administrative, technical, and organizational work within the Federation, underscoring the ongoing development of basketball in Qatar across all levels.
