GCC Under-15 Basketball Championship to start tomorrow
DOHA: The GCC Under-15 Basketball Championship begins tomorrow with two games at the Qatar University Hall.
The tournament will be held August 19, with the participation of six teams.
In the first game, Saudi Arabia will meet UAE and in the second Bahrain will meet Oman.
Qatar will start their campaign on Friday when they face Oman. On the same day, the Kuwaiti team will play against the UAE.
The participating teams are divided into two groups. The first group comprises Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the Emirates, while the second group includes Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
The Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) has completed preparations to host the tournament.
Qatar Squad: Muhanna Khalid, Ibrahim Al-Mufti, Jassim Al-Qahtani, Hamad Al-Langawi, Abdulaziz Al-Qahtani, Majed Al-Mansour, Mohammed Al-Badi, Ahmed Yassin, Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Mishaal Al-Mughni, Sultan Abdullah, Mohammed Al-Khuzaei, Azzam Yakan, and Saud Al-Mughaiseeb.
