QFA Referees Committee honours Abdou

Qatar Football Association Referees Committee felicitated Abdulrahman Abdou, whose career as a leading Asian referee came to an end last week.

The 45-year-old, who had officiated in the 2007 and 2011 editions of Asian Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers and several AFC Champions League games, was honoured at a ceremony attended by several officials from Qatar’s football fraternity.
