Qatar Football Festival 2026 tickets go on sale as Finalissima headlines event

DOHA : Tickets for the Qatar Football Festival 2026 go on sale on Tuesday, organisers said, with the six-match event set to bring together leading national teams from Europe, South America and the Middle East from March 26-31.

The standout fixture is the 2026 Finalissima between Spain national football team and Argentina national football team at Lusail Stadium on March 27. The match will mark the first meeting between the two sides hosted in Qatar.

Argentina return to the venue where they lifted the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 title and will be led by captain Lionel Messi, while Spain arrive as European champions with teenage forward Lamine Yamal among their key players.

Elsewhere, Egypt national football team face Saudi Arabia national football team on March 26 at Ahmad bin Ali Stadium, while hosts Qatar national football team meet Serbia national football team at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

Spain play Egypt on March 30 at Lusail, with Saudi Arabia taking on Serbia the same day. The festival concludes on March 31 when Qatar face Argentina at Lusail.

Organisers said the tournament offers teams valuable preparation ahead of the 2026 World Cup.(QNA)
