ICSS, Italian embassy host delegates

SAVE the Dream and the Italian embassy in Doha jointly hosted a reception for visiting delegates and Qatar’s football fraternity members on the Super Cup’s sidelines to show their commitment in promoting sports values.

Save the Dream is a movement launched by the Doha-based International Centre for Sport Security, aimed at promoting and protecting core values in sports for the good of youth and future generations.

Gianluigi Buffon and Riccardo Montolivo, captains of Juventus and AC Milan respectively, also turned up.

ICSS President Mohammed Hanzab said, “For the past three years, Save the Dream has worked closely with Serie A to promote sports values across stadiums in Italy. We look forward to do so again in the country next year and plan to launch a variety of projects to bring sports to those who need it most.

“On behalf of Save the Dream, I would like to thank our partners in Italy and Qatar for their support.”
