Big win for Lekhwiya and Wakrah; Rayyan shocked

DOHA: Moroccan striker Youssef El Arabi pumped in three goals (23rd, 66th and 83rd) as Lekhwiya routed Al Shahaniya 10-0 to climb to the top of the table.

Youssef Msakni (27th and 71st) and Almoez Ali (39th, 74th) netted a brace each while Chico Flores (second), Nam Tae-Hee (78th) and Ali Afif  (80th) too found the target.

Meanwhile, champions Al Rayyan's title hopes suffered another jolt when they let slip a one-goal lead to go down 1-2 against Al Khor.

Elsewhere, striker Mahir Yousef netted a first-half hat-trick (second, 10th, 20th, 41st) 

as Al Wakrah handed Al Sailiya a 5-1 drubbing.

Moroccan playmaker Mouhcine Moutouali set the tone by converting from the spot and giving Wakrah the lead as early as the second minute. Paraguayan midfielder 

Pablo Zabellos (14th) too found the target while Faouzi Ayesh pulled one back in the 61st.
