Argentinian international Jonathan joins Rayyan training

Doha: Argentinian striker Jonathan Menendez, who joined Al Rayyan for a season, hit the training on Tuesday evening as the 2015-16 champions prepare for their next match against Umm Salal in the Qatar Stars League (QSL) on Friday.

Jonathan replaced Mohsine Moutaouli, who moved to Al Ahli, and will be hoping to do well in the tournament.

Rayyan had a positive start to their campaign, beating Ahli 2-0 last week and their Argentinian coach Rodolfo Arruabarrena would just be hoping to see his team maintain consistency.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Fahd Younis also had a light workout after recovering from an injury.
