Aouar completes transfer to Al-Ittihad, joins Benzema, Kante, and Fabinho
JEDDAH: Algeria midfielder Houssem Aouar has officially transferred from AS Roma to Al-Ittihad, the Saudi Pro League club announced on Tuesday. The move sees Aouar signing a four-year contract with Laurent Blanc’s side, further strengthening the team’s midfield.
Al-Ittihad welcomed the 26-year-old with a post on social media, stating, “Welcome Aouar.” The former Olympique Lyonnais star will be joining forces with notable players like N’Golo Kante and Fabinho in the midfield.
Aouar’s international career has seen a significant shift.
