Al Sadd eye eighth straight win against Al Shahaniya in Doha Bank Stars League

DOHA: Al Sadd will face Al Shahaniya on Thursday evening at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in the fifteenth round of the Doha Bank Stars League for the 2025–26 season.

Al Sadd are chasing an eighth consecutive victory as they look to maintain pressure on leaders Al Gharafa after cutting the gap at the top to two points with a win in the previous round.

Al Sadd, who sit second on 29 points, defeated Al Gharafa last time out to reduce the deficit from five points and will be keen to avoid dropping points.

Al Shahaniya, meanwhile, are bottom of the standings with 11 points and will be aiming to bounce back after a 4-0 defeat by Al Wakrah in the last round.
