Al Rayyan’s Al Hajri announces retirement

Doha: Al Rayyan football team’s goalkeeper Saud Al Hajri has announced his retirement from the game after a successful career that lasted more than 20 years. He will now move to administrative work as vice president of the first team’s football staff.

Al Hajri achieved many championship titles with Al Rayyan, where he succeeded in being a part of four Amir Cup titles (2006, 2010, 2011, 2013), the League Championship (2015-2016), Qatar Cup 2012, and two Sheikh Jassim Cup championships (2011-2012, 2012-2013).
