Al Duhail SC sign young Iraqi striker Mohanad Ali

Doha, Qatar: Amir Cup champions Al Duhail SC officially signed Iraqi striker Mohanad Ali from Al Shorta SC on a five-year contract, announced the Qatari club.

After the signing, Mohanad Ali left Doha for Portugal to join his new teammates at the team's preparatory camp in Portimao.

The 19-year-old Mohanad has reportedly been a subject of interest from several European sides including Juventus and Manchester City.

Mohanad will partner Qatar's Asian Cup hero Almoez Ali in Duhail attack as Youssef El Arabi, the club's top striker, was allowed to leave at the end of last season.
