Al Ahli sign Al Duhail SC’s Abdullah Al Ahrak on loan

Doha, Qatar: Al Ahli signed Al Duhail SC’s young midfielder Abdullah Al Ahrak on loan. Al Ahrak has shown plenty of promise in the last couple of seasons at Duhail and for Qatar national team including in their recent Copa America campaign in Brazil and the move to Ahli will give him plenty of opportunities to show is talent.

Meanwhile, Al Rayyan midfielder Daniel Gomo joined Al Sailiya on loan and is scheduled to join the camp in Alshoahen, Tunisia.

Al Wakrah, back in Qatar Stars League after spending two seasons in the second division, renewed the contract of midfielder Jamil Al Ahmadi for one season. The Omani international was one of the most prominent players for Wakrah in their march to the title in the second division last season.

Wakrah have also signed Algerian striker Mohamed Ben Yattou, goalkeeper Saoud Al Khater from Duhail and defender Ahmed Suhail from Al Sadd.
