Ajax to play Galatasaray in Qatar on January 9

Doha, Qatar: Ajax Amsterdam will play two friendly matches – against Turkey's Galatasaray and Belgian side Club Brugge -during their winter training tour of Qatar in January.

Ajax, the Eredivisie champions, will take on Turkish champions Galatasaray on January 9 at Al Janoub Stadium before playing Brugge two days later at the same venue.

Dutch league leaders  Ajax will be hoping that the training at the Aspire Academy from January 4 to 12 will help them to kickstart their preparations for the second half of the season including the Europa League.
