Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club partners with Qatar Airways
Doha: The Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club (QREC) has entered into a partnership with Qatar Airways for co-operation in major international events as part of QREC plans to enhance relations with leading organisations in Qatar and in line with the strategy developed by QREC Board to guide QREC activities, including international race meetings and QREC events overseas.
Under the partnership, the national carrier Qatar Airways will be associated with the annual race meetings and events sponsored by QREC overseas, including the Qatar Goodwood Festival in the UK and the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe in France.
The list of events includes also the Salon du Cheval d'Eljadida in Morocco, of which QREC will be the Platinum Sponsor for the 2018 edition in October.
Such mega events are of paramount importance for QREC to reflect the bright image of Qatar and to highlight the continued support for the equestrian sport by the country's wise leadership.
The partnership with Qatar Airways, in these events, helps QREC realise their objectives worldwide and capitalise on Qatar Airways' reputation and standing as a partner of QREC in sponsoring such events.
