Gulf Games: Qatar handball team loses to Bahrain

DOHA: Bahrain defeated Qatar 24–19 in men’s handball on Tuesday in the 4th GCC Games at the Duhail Sports Hall.

The loss was Qatar’s first in the tournament, following earlier wins against the UAE (28–20) and Kuwait (34–19).

Defending champion Qatar remains in second place with 4 points. They will play Saudi Arabia on Friday.
