Omani students attend Gulf Cup match

DOHA: Several school students from Oman arrived here to support their team at the 24th Gulf Cup match against Bahrain at the Al Duhail Stadium.

“The tour is a part of cultural exchange between Oman School Sports Association and Qatar School Sports Association," said one Omani official.

Students between the ages of 9 to 17 years will take part in the event and attend the Omani team's match with Bahrain, which will be held on today Wednesday evening,” the statement said.

A statement issued online by the Oman School Sport Association said, “100 students will witness the Gulf Cup.”

The students will also participate in the fun sport marathon at Aspire Park on Thursday.
