Mutaz, Hodgson to speak at ‘Aspire4sport Congress & Exhibition’ at Stamford Bridge

Doha: Leading figures from sport, business and technology will gather at Stamford Bridge, London, on October 6 and 7 for the Aspire4sport Congress & Exhibition, a two-day event designed to shape the future of the sports industry, enhance the fan experience and spread best practice in athlete development.

The unique event brings together unparalleled networking and business opportunities for the sports business industry. It will review the latest coaching techniques and methodologies practiced by leading proponents of the game, helping improve sports performance globally and supporting the strategy for developing the Qatar 2022 national team. And it will explore the innovations and technologies shaping sports infrastructure and major tournaments in the future including the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar.

The to be held at, Chelsea’s home ground, is organised by Aspire Academy, a leading sports institution that looks to identify and nurture Qatar’s most promising young athletes. This year’s event marks the eighth edition, which is hosted in sporting capitals throughout the world on an annual basis. Previous editions have been held in Amsterdam, Berlin and Paris.

Attendees at the 2017 Aspire4sport Congress & Exhibition include Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson, Italian Arrigo Sacchi, one of the most influential managers in the history of football, and world high jump champion Mutaz Barshim. They will be joined by footballing legends Claude Makelele, Kevin Keegan and Paulo Sousa.
