UEFA exclude Russia from 2024 Euro qualifiers

The European Football Association (UEFA) announced on Tuesday that Russia has been excluded from the qualifying draw for the Euro 2024 finals scheduled in Germany.

The European Union said, in a statement, that “all Russian teams are currently suspended based on the decision of the UEFA Executive Committee issued on February 28, 2022, which was upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on July 15.”

The draw for the group stage of qualifying rounds for the European Football Championship (Euro 2024) is scheduled to take place on the ninth of next October in Frankfurt, Germany.
