Qatar Stars League: Sarabia joins Al-Arabi

Spanish attacker Pablo Sarabia has completed a move to Qatari club Al-Arabi, the club confirmed on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old, who can play as an attacking midfielder and also as a winger, joins from Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he made 77 appearances in all competitions since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain in January 2023.

Sarabia previously played for Getafe, Sevilla, and Sporting CP, and has been capped 27 times for Spain, scoring nine goals. He was part of the Spain squad at UEFA Euro 2020 and the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

His move to the Qatar Stars League marks the first time he will play in the Middle East. Al-Arabi finished ninth in the 2024–25 league season and are strengthening their squad ahead of the new campaign.
