Aspire Zone Foundation’s programmes lauded by students

The Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) recently held the first annual forum on its National Development Scholarship and Sponsorship Programmes (NDSSP) aimed to give Qatari nationals a chance to continue their education locally or abroad.
The programmes were launched four years ago to help Qataris continuing their education abroad with the necessary entry requirements, examinations information, submission dates and visas.
Offering opportunities in public health, finance, human resources, marketing and engineering, the NDP contribute to their professional development and, in turn, increase their productivity when they eventually enter the professional world.
“We were very proud that 21 students graduated recently. To build on this success, we decided to host annual forum to provide an opportunity for current and potential students to engage with each other and AZF professionals, providing a forum where they can share expertise and help address any concerns,” said Ahmed Al Hassan, AZF Human Resources Manager of Learning & National Development.
The AZF representatives from HR department were also on hand to answer questions from individuals already studying on the programmes.
Given the positive impact it has on the Qatari economy and the country’s realisation of the Qatar National Vision 2030, the NDP is an excellent example of AZF’s commitment to developing local talent.
