Left-back Juma gets right reward

Mohammed Juma, the energetic left-back who did well in Al Rayyan’s successful league campaign last season, has been rewarded by Jorge Fossati as he called him to the national team squad for the first time.
Juma, who moved to Al Arabi this season after playing under Fossati in almost all matches at Rayyan, is the only new face in the 26-member squad. Several players, like Yousef Ahmed and Al Mehdi Ali, came back.
Rayyan keeper Omar Barry, who has not played in the league so far following a salary dispute with his club, has been left out. He had started in the last World Cup qualifier against Uzbekistan.
