20 sides for School League

TWENTY teams will fight it out at the Fourth School League, which will begin next month.

The tournament is organised by the Qatar Football Association in association with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and Qatar School Sports Association.

The third-place match and final will be played inside the Aspire Dome while the training grounds of Al Sadd, Al Kharaitiyat, Al Mesaimeer, Umm Salal and Al Arabi Stadiums will host the other games.

The winners will be richer by QR40,000 while runners-up and third-place finishers will collect QR30,000 and QR20,000 respectively.

Meanwhile, a total of eight colleges and universities will vie for honours at the Fourth University League, to be held at the Qatar Foundation premises from October 20 to January 19.
