Saoud Al Humaidi went one better than his performance at the GCC Championship when his time of 14.06 sec secured a silver medal, setting a World Junior standard time.
On the last day of competition, Rashid Al Suwaidi added a bronze medal in long jump and Team Qatar picked up their last medal, a bronze, by Jaber Hilal Al Mamari in 200m.
