Qatar’s Abdulrahman Al Jassim will officiate final

DOHA: Qatar's Abdulrahman Al Jassim will officiate the FIFA Club World Cup final between Liverpool FC and Flamengo at the Khalifa International Stadium on Saturday evening.

The kick off is at 20:30 (local time).

Taleb Al Marri and Saoud Al Maqaleh, also from Qatar, will be the assistant referees.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the following special awards will be presented:

• Adidas Golden Ball: The adidas Golden Ball will be awarded to the best player in the Club World Cup on the basis of a ranking compiled by the Technical Study Group. A Silver Ball and a Bronze Ball will be awarded to the second and third best players.

• Alibaba Cloud Award: This award is given to the most outstanding player in the final competition as selected by the FIFA Technical Study Group.
• FIFA Fair Play Trophy: The FIFA Fair Play Trophy is given by the FIFA Technical Study Group to the team with the best fair play record, according to a points system and criteria specified by the competition regulations.
